Aims and Scope

The nonlinear sciences have been taking new dimensions with the passage of time. The through study of the literature shows that most of the physical phenomena are nonlinear in nature and witnesses the introduction of number of new techniques which are being used to cope with the versatility of diversified physical problems and in the similar context, a wide range of numerical and analytical techniques have been developed to cope with the physical nature of such equations. The basic purpose of this journal (SNS) is to extend the applications of the relatively new approaches and theories for nonlinear problems of physical nature arising in mathematics, astronomy, mechanics, engineering, mathematical/statistical physics and applied sciences, and would see the latest developments in the similar context. The Studies in Nonlinear Sciences (SNS) will provide a forum for researches and scientists to communicate their recent developments, and to present their novel results on nonlinear equations and related problems.

The journal invites original papers, review articles, technical reports and short communications containing new insight into any aspect of Forestry and Environment that are not published or not being considered for publication elsewhere. Studies in Nonlinear Sciences (SNS) appears four times, Mar, Jun, Sep and Dec every year considering the increasing importance of rapid, effective, international communication. Special issues on different occasions may be published.

Studies in Nonlinear Sciences (SNS) offers:

  • Publication within a short period after acceptance.
  • On-line publication in advance of the printed journal.
  • Papers abstr/indexed by all the major scientific indexing services
  • One Journal copy with 5 offprints will be sent to the Corresponding Author
  • Publication of an article in the Journal is not contingent upon the author's ability to pay the charges. Neither is acceptance to pay the handling fee a guarantee that the paper will be accepted for publication. Authors may still request (in advance) that the editorial office waive some of the handling fee under special circumstances.
