Central lecture at the Egyptian Ministry of Culture from 2001 to present.

Conducting (teaching) several biotechnology, molecular Biology and microbiology workshops at national and international levels.

Direct microbial DNA extraction from soil/roots or water.

PCR amplification using universal or specific primers, cloning, Gene libraries, Screening of the gene libraries, sequencing, sequence analysis,

Fluorescent In situ hybridization (FISH).

The use of RFLP, REP-PCR and others PCR-based approaches to recognize between bacterial species at the strain level.
